Welcome to the Inman Park Belugas Swim Team! Registration is open to boys & girls (age 6 as of April 30, 2026). We welcome swimmers of all skill levels who enjoy competing in a fun, casual environment. Swimmers must be able to swim one lap across the pool to participate, and will be tested on this at the first practice.
Practices:
Afternoon practices (M-Th) will start Monday, May 11, 2026. Morning practices (M-Th, and Sat) start June 1, 2026. Although your child would benefit from attending as many as possible, it is not mandatory to attend all practices if scheduling prevents. Mark your calendar for the first Time Trial, held during morning practice on Saturday, May 30th.
Practices Start Monday, May 11th .
- Afternoon practices (M-Th) for the month of May 5:00-7:00 pm (two groups, one at 5, another at 6)
- No practice Memorial Day
- Morning Practice 7:00-9:00 am (again, 2 groups) M-Th begin Monday June 1, 2026.
- 4 Saturday Morning Practices: 7:45-8:45 am 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, and 6/20
- Swim Meets on Thursday evenings 5:00-8:00 pm: 6/4, 6/11, 6/18 and 6/25
- Breakfast of Champions: Saturday June 27th at 9:00am
Registration is $200 for the first swimmer, and $100 for each additional. Non-Inman Park Pool members will be charged an additional $60. All Belugas will receive a team t-shirt.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled by May 15th. 50% refund if cancelled by May 30th. No refund after May 30.

A few reminders for 2026
- Please do not use Inman Walk (the street behind the condos & directly in front of the pool) to drop off/walk in your children, or to park. No, not even for just a minute while you walk your kid inside. Please park or drop off on the surrounding streets instead, and walk down Inman Walk to access the pool. See below map if you need ideas. Please help us be good neighbors!!
- The swim team does NOT provide refreshments during meets, and there may not be any concessions available for purchase, so PLEASE bring snacks and drinks for your kids for the swim meet.
- Parents must volunteer for at least one event during the season. All parents on the pool deck during meets are expected to be able to volunteer.

Competitive summer swim leagues in the Atlanta Metro area can be intimidating for some kids. Inman Park Belugas is a low-key summer swim team with high quality coaching. We have "intra-squad" meets, rather than competing with other teams. We strive to give kids a love of swimming without undue competitive pressure.
